ATM Kamrujjaman completed his Masters in Development Studies from East West University. He has more than 12 years experiences in field of training, project management and education program. He is the deputy director of training and education program of Dnet. He oversee course design and facilitation, computer literacy center, smart classroom, connecting parents and assessment portal. He has validated as a core skills trainer under Connecting Classroom Program of British Council and facilitating core skills training as an additional task. Prior to joining Dnet, he was working with BRAC Training Division as an Assistant Faculty Member. His major job was Training Needs Assessment (TNA), course design and course facilitation.
He facilitated lots of high level courses; Education Management and Development, Operation Management, Project Management, Behavior Change Communication, Leadership etc. Before BRAC he has started his career with Community Development Center (CODEC) in 2002 as program officer and has been serving preprimary education and social development program.
