Re-Edited Map for CLP 12 7 2016-2As per the vision 2021 of Bangladesh Government, they are investing a substantial amount of development fund to enrich remote areas with ICT equipment, and as a result a number of nearly 20,000 secondary level institutions have been provided with multimedia projector and laptop.

CLP and Kite Bangladesh currently have 257 CLCs and 157 SCRs, across the Bangladesh. Another technological venture, Smart Class Room (SCR), is technology-enhanced classroom that foster opportunities for teaching and learning by integrating learning technologies, such as laptops, LCD televisions, specialized classroom facilitation software and multimedia educational contents. In the CLCs, two trained computer teachers conduct computer training to secondary students following a structured curriculum developed by Dnet. Each CLC has four laptops or desktops to conduct the model effectively.

With contacting our project schools, we come to know that there are mostly four sufferings teachers face when encounter with device problems: 1) Scarcity of easy access to nearby experts’ location, 2) Costly to reach reliable experts, 3) Price variations from one expert to another, 4) Situation of vacillation what to do primarily to their problematic devices.

Since Kite Bangladesh has come across within 56 districts for the implementation of the programs, and come up with the consequence that students, teachers in schools having ICT often face hardware and software troubles, where they need frequent solution to these troubles.

Therefore, Kite Bangladesh lands on with a platform named Fast-track Technical Support Platform (FTSP) from where any technical solution seeker will open a ticket and select a problem category from assorted number of problem trees. A central Kite technical expert team will be notified and ask local hub experts to take necessary actions regarding the problems’ solution. Here one thing to note that, if any technical expert from the local hub is unable to make any solution, Kite technical expert will help to solve the problem.
